For nearly a decade, Lauren immersed herself in the nonprofit world, driven by a passion for making a tangible difference in people’s lives. Specializing in social media, she learned how to tell meaningful stories, build engaged online communities, and mobilize people around causes that mattered.
In 2019, she launched@bucketlistnola, an Instagram account dedicated to sharing the best of New Orleans. What began as a personal hobby quickly grew into a thriving platform with 13k+ followers and more than 40 brand partnerships. This journey sparked her passion for social media management and content creation, and it was clear this was the path she was meant to pursue.
Through her nonprofit work and Bucketlist NOLA, Lauren learned that social media works best when it’s rooted in authenticity, creativity, and intention. She believes strategy should feel human, content should feel natural, and brands should sound like themselves—not everyone else online.
Today, as Founder and CEO of Mac Made Creative, Lauren combines big-picture strategy with hands-on execution, helping brands show up consistently, connect meaningfully, and turn online presence into real-world impact.

Born and raised in New Orleans, Nicole has always felt deeply connected to the stories, people, and culture that shape this city.
After graduating from Louisiana State University with a degree in Mass Communication and a concentration in Public Relations, Nicole spent several years as an educator—an experience that sharpened her ability to communicate clearly, adapt quickly, and lead with intention. Teaching laid the foundation for what she does best today: breaking down complex ideas, connecting with people authentically, and meeting audiences where they are.
Her path into social media began behind the scenes on wedding days, capturing raw, candid iPhone footage that highlighted real emotion in real time. That experience taught her how to spot meaningful moments, move fast, and shape authentic narratives—skills that now translate seamlessly into brand storytelling and content creation.
Today, as Creative Director & Executive Social Media Manager at Mac Made Creative, Nicole is the one behind the camera and in front of the content calendar, capturing brands in their element and turning everyday moments into content that stops the scroll. She takes brands from real life to Reel life, creating videos, photos, and content shoots that feel authentic and intentional. She's also the lead for Social Studio, connecting brands and talented creatives while always keeping an eye on what's next before it lands on everyone else's feed.
Whether she's tracking emerging trends, directing a shoot, or shaping a scroll-stopping reel, her goal is always the same: create content that feels effortless but is anything but accidental, and connects with the right people every time.

Originally from Cleveland, Alli landed in New Orleans in 2008 after several years as an international magician's assistant (yes, really, she was turning into tigers and floating on water!!). Her pivot into social media started in early 2011 with an internship at a growing local agency, checking in at college dive bars on FourSquare for a then-emerging cinnamon whiskey brand. From there, she learned social media the only way it really works: by doing it, testing, adjusting, listening, and figuring things out in real time as platforms, audiences, and brands evolved.
Over the years, Alli has worked across large agencies, small self-owned shops, startups, nonprofits, national food and beverage brands, and even pharmaceuticals. She's written hundreds of captions about mayonnaise, sweet tea, and hot sauce, built online communities from scratch, and helped brands find voices that actually sound like them. That range taught her how much intention it takes to make social media feel effortless.
Social media works best when it's just that: social. When it's done right, it builds trust, connection, and real relationships. She believes strategy should never feel like a formula. It should feel like a conversation, backed by data and grounded in what actually resonates with real people.
Today, as Strategy and Operations Director at Mac Made Creative, Alli is the one who holds the big picture and the smallest details, and everything in between. From high-level strategy all the way down to the exact words in a caption, she makes sure every piece captures the brand's voice as clearly as a photo captures a moment. Behind the scenes, she's also the systems person, building the processes that keep the agency running smoothly so creativity always has room to thrive.

MICHELLE PANEPINTO
Executive Assistant + Operations Manager
Making everything look effortless is Michelle's specialty. She's the one who keeps the details organized, the timelines moving, and the agency running smoothly behind the scenes.

Born and raised in New Orleans, Michelle knows firsthand that this city runs on relationships. Around here, one of the first questions people ask is, "Where did you go to high school?" because chances are, everyone knows someone you know. Growing up in such a close-knit community taught her the importance of building genuine connections, showing up for others, and taking pride in helping local businesses succeed. Today, she's grateful to be raising her own family in the city she has always called home.
Michelle studied Computer Science with a concentration in Digital Media at Louisiana State University before building a career in technology, customer service, and operations. Throughout her career, she's become known as the person people turn to when technology gets complicated. Whether it's learning a new platform, troubleshooting an issue, improving a process, or finding a solution to a problem, Michelle loves the challenge of figuring things out. And if she doesn't know the answer, she's determined to find it.
Although marketing wasn't where her career began, Michelle quickly discovered that the skills she developed in technology (adaptability, organization, critical thinking, and a passion for continuous learning) translate naturally into client relationships and agency operations. She believes every challenge has a solution and that the best client experiences are the ones that feel effortless on the outside, no matter how much is happening behind the scenes.
Today, as Executive Assistant and Account Manager at Mac Made Creative, Michelle is the friendly face clients can always count on and Lauren's right hand behind the scenes. She keeps projects organized, timelines moving, and communication flowing so every client experience feels seamless from start to finish. Around here, if it isn't on Michelle's calendar, it probably isn't happening—and that's exactly how she keeps the agency, the team, and every project moving forward together.
